These are professional quality giclee prints. They are reproductions of the original drawings done in graphite and mixed media drawings archival illustration board or paper. They are printed on Epson velvet fine art paper which is water and fade resistant. Epson Ultra Chrome inks, which resist damage related to high levels of humidity, moisture and water spills, and are also fade resistant and tested to last 100+ years. Shipping Information:

1. 1. Items are shipped via USPS.
2. 2. All orders are packaged in protective sleeves.
3. 3. Items will ship within 3 days from order date.

Refund/Exchange/Warrantee/Cancellation policies:

1. 1. There are no refunds, no warrantees, and no cancellations on any orders
2. 2. Prints that are damaged when they arrive may be exchanged for the same item.
3. 3. To qualify for an exchange of a damaged print the following criteria must be met:
• - We must be notified via email at jessica@jessicawardart.com by the buyer within 3 days of the print being delivered to the buyer.
• - The damaged print/prints must be sent back to us in a postage paid envelope that we will send to you within 10 business days.
• - Upon our receiving the damaged print from you we will send out your replacement merchandise within 15 business days.
• - Prints may not be exact representations of original artwork.
• - The visual appearance of prints on this website may differ from the actual print.
